2.0 Timetable Comment
2.1 Summarised in Figure 1, the timetable for preparing the replacement LDP is set out in Appendix 2.
2.2 For each stage of the LDP procedure up to deposit stage, the dates are 'definitive'. Indicative dates are provided from deposit stage to adoption will be clarified in September 2027.
2.3 To ensure timely preparation and procedural fairness, the NPA will adhere to our defined periods of consultation and will not entertain late representations.
2.4 All specific consultation bodies[4] (as listed in Appendix 1) will be consulted to inform the timetable for preparing the replacement LDP, alongside there being opportunities for others including, general consultation bodies, to provide input should they wish.
