4.0 Resources Comment

4.1 The Authority will forward plan and commit sufficient budget annually to ensure preparation of the LDP to the timescale set out in this Delivery Agreement. Officer time and other costs associated with the preparation of a new LDP will be supported through existing staffing budgets, the LDP reserve and the prioritisation of additional revenue funding. The Authority will incorporate the requirement to prepare an LDP into its Corporate Business Plan and Medium-Term Financial Plan.
